TERMS & CONDITIONS 1.By signing this form the vendor /establishment has agreed to give the agreed discount to UNIDECK subscribed members. 2.The vendor /establishment after understanding the UNIDECK business model a has agreed to be and associate of UNIDECK Previliged Discount Card 3.The associate Vendor /Establishment cannot withdraw his association without prior 1 month notice to UNIDECK ,if he feels the UNIDECK business model is not beneficial than he can withdraw his association with UNIDECK after 30 days notice period. But once the vendor or establishment withdraws his association with UNIDECK and again wants to be an associate with UNIDECK he has to pay the joining fee starting from Rs.2000 per year. 4.However UNIDECK has the right to withdraw his association with the associate vendor/establishment without assigning any reason the right to which will be with UNIDECK Previliged Discount Card 5.The Vendor/Establishment will co-operate and welcome and deal politely with the members of UNIDECK who will present the membership SMART/VIRTUAL card for discount. 6.If any discrepancies occur during the association period with UNIDECK you can call us help Centre Toll Free Number 1800 309 3207. 7.The Vendor /Establishment association period is valid for one year from the date of registration which is totally free. 8.The Vendor/Establishment is requested not entertain expired discount cards of UNIDECK. 9.The vendor/Establishments are requested to scan the card while billing. I have read the above terms and conditions of UNIDECK Previliged Discount Card,and I agree to follow it as mentioned,and I give my consent to advertise my business through the UNIDECK website and I agree to give the discount to the UNIDECK members as mentioned by me in the UNIDECK website.
